About The Trip

Hosted Sea-Run Brown Trout Adventure with Matt Supinski
Río Gallegos, Argentina

February 28 to March 7 2026

Join us for an unforgettable fly fishing experience on the windswept plains of Patagonia with legendary angler, guide, and author Matt Supinski. This hosted trip takes you to the famed Río Gallegos in southern Argentina, home to some of the world's largest and most aggressive sea-run brown trout.
Over the course of a week, you'll fish private waters on the Río Gallegos and its tributary, the Río Chico, stalking chrome-bright sea-run browns that regularly top 10 pounds, with true trophies pushing well over 20. These fish are known for their strength, speed, and relentless takes, offering some of the most electrifying moments in fly fishing.

With Matt Supinski as your host, you’ll benefit from his decades of experience chasing migratory trout across the globe. Expect expert guidance, casting instruction, and evening strategy sessions where stories and tactics flow freely. Our handpicked lodge provides authentic Patagonian hospitality, gourmet meals, and easy access to some of the best water in the region.
Whether you’re a seasoned two-hander or new to the swing game, this is your chance to fish legendary waters with one of the most respected names in the sport.
